Alcohol Use Among Older Adults

Alcohol is the most commonly used substance across all age groups. It is important to know that alcohol affects older adults differently. At-risk drinking is more prevalent among older adults and is likely responsible for a large share of harm (for example: falls and motor vehicle accidents).
